Historically, the best beer on the planet is from Belgium, but is it the best antioxidant or even a antioxidant at all? There are clearly no omega 3 benefits as this would make beer the most rancid tasting beverage on the face of this here American planet. By the way the Belgians have brewed the best beer for centuries before the US was born, so I consider it fortunate that if Bud has to be acquired by a foreign company, and that it is by a Belgium company. There are so many better American beers than Budweiser product beers anyway, like for example: Sam Adams, Shiner Bock, Left Hand Brewery, Avery, etc. I think a caveman diet and a reward of a good foreign beer is recomended for optimum health. One beer a day is very good for you.

Vote Obama, it’s a matter of life or death and it is also how to relieve stress for a country that is badly in need of some stress relief in a major way! It isn’t much of a best antioxidant but, if any, of an exaggeration to say that’s how Chris Matthews characterized the choice confronting voters this November. Matthews not only put voting for Obama in the category of something to be done to save your life, he analogized voting for McCain to a decision to remain on the Titanic. We all know that Chris Matthews does not have washboard abs but he really does not need to, he is a guy that knows what he is talking about and in this case we should all listen to him

Some of the major summer blockbusters are starting to come out and I think the master formula is louder more, and here is a new word coming at you for all the people who like new words, bangy-er. I think Iran Man was a decent flick-a-roo, and as long as we are on the subject of vitamins online and actiony super hero films, yet another Batman is on its way out. I like the first reenactment of Batman when Mr. Jack Nicholson played the Joker, he surely didn't have the ripped abs like Batman but he made up for that with his weirdness.

Only the intervention of the great statesman and orator Pericles saved Anaxagoras from a death sentence.
This was a favorite song of mine and I used to listen to it all the time. I love the fact that all of the songs that I used to listen to as a younger person are now on the oldies station. It makes me feel good about the looming recession that really is not looming as it all ready upon us. I don't need to do a background check on these songs of my youth because I know where they come from, they come from the heart which is something that the kids of today just do not understand. I think that this is a shame by the way.

We face a recession in this country and there is no doubt that the first ones to be hurt and the ones that are all ready being hurt are the poor people in this country. The poor people in America really need to stand up and face facts about our future. We need jobs to stay in America and we need those jobs to pay a livable salary. CEO's make FAR to much money and the working man gets squeezed. Now I would like to go out in the world a buy vitamin and vitamin supplements that might keep me from getting sick. How in the world are the pharmaceutical companies going to let me do that?? If I take omega 3 vitamins I would be far healthier that than I would if I did not. That is why Washington will never let this happen, they are owned by pharmaceutical companies.

I want a hippopotomous for Christmas, only a hippopotomous will do, no crockodiles or rhinocerous's, I only like hippopotomous, and hippopotomous's like me too.
This has got to be the funniest/ silliest Christmas time song ever. I love this freakin song so much. If you listen to this song whilst being sad, I guarantee you will no longer be sad that day. This song is like a buy vitamin commercial and best multivitamin commercial all rolled into one. The guy at the vitamin shop was handing out fliers today, while singing this song, it was kinda cool. Of course it got a little old after about 10 minutes, but, what stamina eyy??? I asked him what multivitamin he was taking to keep this up, and he said, the $9.00 an hour kind. You must love this country!

"On my way down, to the wedding store". "On my way down to live you will never more". These are the beautiful lyrics by the band "The Third Letter", a great late 90's rock band from Chicago. I was listening to the song, "On my Way Down" the other day by The Third Letter on my way to the vitamin shop to buy my omega 3 capsules and I was struck by the beauty of these very dark Poe-like lyrics. I prefer walking to the vitamin store rather than those ass knocks that buy vitamins online, what uncreative losers. Anyway this song desribes, accurately in my opinion, the downside of marriage. It goes into detail about a member of the band, Dan Tutko, and how he got married and never was the same, and how he commited suicide after only 1 and a half years of marriage. In his note he specifically cited marriage as the culprit in his life taking decision. Crazy times man.

It was a doors album I had bought a long time ago, "Morrison Hotel". I know what your thinking, The Doors are so played out and blah, blah. The healthiest thing about Jim Morrison was that he used to sing his heart out whenever the Doors played, man. I like to do this also with my band "Stickey Fingers and Cream". Except I am not as crazy as Morrison, I like to actually take care of my body. That's why I take the best mltivitamins I can so I don't die at 27.
I love running into old good albums I had forgotton about.
